Whey powder is the product obtained during the production of cheese, the cheese serum left after the separation of Casein and Fat as curd, of which the compound varies according to the cheese type and  production technique, being transformed into powder. the context of nutrition physiology like approximately 2/3rd of the skimmed milk dry material and milk sugar, serum proteins, water soluble vitamins.
